Welcome to Torc Jewellery. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Torc Jewellery's relationship with you in relation to this website.

The term 'Torc Jewellery' or 'I' 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website. The term 'you' refers to the user, customer or viewer of our website.

Minimum Order Value - I have no minimum order value

UK Mainland Delivery Rates

2nd Class Delivery is FREE on all orders of £40.00 and over - please expect delivery within 3-4 working days of dispatch

2nd Class Delivery option will cost £4.00 on all orders up to £39.99 - expect usual delivery within 3-4 working days of dispatch

1st Class Delivery option will cost £5.00 on all orders of any value - please expect usual delivery within 1-2 working days of dispatch

For heavy parcels I reserve the right to use an alternative shipping service

I do not currently ship products outside the UK

You are also welcome to use my 'click and collect' service - place your order on-line, and arrange to collect from any of my scheduled monthly events, or direct from my studio. You can choose to pay through the on-line PayPal system or choose to 'pay on collection'.

These shipping options are free of charge, but please allow two days notice prior to an event, if at all possible

Most items are handmade to order but I still try to dispatch all orders within 5 working days, or sooner if possible.

I will always contact you if I have any queries or if there are any issues with your order

Please let me know within 5 days of delivery if there has been any damage to your order so that I can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by my delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received

I also offer a no-quibble, money-back guarantee on all non-commissioned and non-personalised items - simply return the item(s) in a saleable condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery, and I will happily make a full refund when the items are received

I am not VAT registered

Stock Shortages

I try to keep stock status up to date but sometimes a design can go out of stock unexpectedly. If an ordered item is not in stock I will contact you to discuss possible alternatives or advise if more stock will be available. I will try and ship back ordered items within 28 days of your original order. Much of my bead stock is sourced from outside the UK so it may take up to 6 weeks for your order to be completely satisfied

Discount Codes

Discount codes can be used according to the terms and conditions associated with the particular offer.

The validity may be limited. I reserve the right to cancel or limit voucher code usage at my discretion and without notice

Returns Policy

Your rights to return products are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the items within 14 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Please contact me with all the details and I will process your refund as soon as I receive your unwanted order or items. Your refund will be paid within 14 days

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value

As an example, 2nd Class Royal Mail postage is currently £3.35, 1st Class is £4.45 (neither of these options include insurance for jewellery items)

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. Earrings cannot be returned

These terms apply to your order.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when I am at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder
